We make our Spun Honey by processing regular honey to encourage the formation of tiny crystals that give it a thick, supersmooth consistency. Spun Honey (also known as creamed or whipped honey) is great for smearing over anything that needs a sweet boost - fresh bread out of the oven, waffles, pancakes, bagels and toast are our favorites.
